Felicity Jones was born in the UK and is primarily known for the actress who was Jane Hawking on the critically-acclaimed film The Theory of Everything. Jones has been acting since her 12th birthday and has appeared in numerous plays TV shows and films. Her acting career started with the television production The Treasure Seekers. Then in The Worst Witch she played Ethel Hallow. Then came Weirdsistersisters Sisters, a sequel of The Worst Witch. Her first feature film Flashbacks of a Fool (which she was a part of), Young Ruth, she went on and acted in other movies. Her acting made her famous in films such as The Invisible Woman, and The Amazing Spider-Man. However it was her role on The Theory of Everything' which earned the actress the Oscar nomination for the first time. Jones, who played Stephen Hawking's second wife the biopic, was rewarded with plenty of praise from the critics and viewers for the way she portrayed her. The film was followed by Inferno an action film starring Tom Hanks. Jones won the British Artist of 2016 award from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles, because of her outstanding ability and dedication.
